At Pitch59, we strive to provide the best experience possible. However, if you need to unsubscribe from your PitchCard or cancel your free Pitch59 account, we’ve made the process simple and straightforward. Below is a step-by-step guide to help you through the process.
If you purchased your PitchCard through the Pitch59 app, you will need to cancel your subscription directly through your app store (Google Play or Apple App Store).
1. Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner of the website.
2. Select Manage Subscriptions from the dropdown menu.
3. If you have multiple PitchCards, choose the one you wish to cancel.
4. Click the More button above the card, then select Manage Subscription again.
5. On the Change Plan screen, scroll down and click Cancel Subscription.
• You will receive two confirmation pop-ups.
• Your PitchCard will remain active until the end of your subscription period.
• You have 25 days after your subscription ends to recover your PitchCard if you change your mind.
If you decide to return to Pitch59 during the cancellation grace period, simply:
1. Visit the Reactivate section in your account.
2. Enter any available discount code.
3. Click Pay Now to restore your PitchCard instantly.
Once your PitchCard is canceled, you can also request to delete your free Pitch59 account. To do this:
1. Go to the Resources tab.
2. Click on Contact Support and fill out the form.
3. Alternatively, call the customer support number listed on the page for assistance.
