Changing or updating your password is quick and easy, even if you forgot!
Changing your Password
*NOTE: Passwords must contain an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, and a number.
Desktop / Mobile Web
- Click the dropdown arrow in the upper right corner of the page.
- Select the edit button.
This will take you to your account settings.
- Click "Change Password" at the bottom of the screen.
- Type in your current password.
- Create a new password word and type it in twice.
- Click CHANGE.
App
- Click the profile icon.
- Select the arrow to the right of your username.
- Click "Change Password.
- Type in your current password.
- Create a new password word and type it in twice.
- Click Change.
Forgot Password
Desktop / Mobile Web
- From the login screen, scroll to the bottom and click Forgot password.
- Enter the email you used to create your Pitch59 account. You will be taken to the Reset Password page.
- Check your email. Click on the Reset Password button or enter the code from your email.
- Create a new password and enter it twice.
- Return to the login screen and sign in.
App
- From the login screen, click Forgot Password.
- Enter the email you used to create your Pitch59 account.
- Check your email and click on the button.
- If the code from the email isn't automatically filled in, fill it in.
- Create a new password and enter it twice.
- Return to the login screen and sign in.
