Changing or updating your password is quick and easy, even if you forgot!

Changing your Password

*NOTE: Passwords must contain an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, and a number.

Desktop / Mobile Web

1. Click the dropdown arrow in the upper right corner of the page.
2. Select the edit button. This will take you to your account settings.
3. Click "Change Password" at the bottom of the screen.
4. Type in your current password. 
5. Create a new password word and type it in twice.
6. Click CHANGE.

App

1. Click the profile icon.
2. Select the arrow to the right of your username.
3. Click "Change Password.
4. Type in your current password. 
5. Create a new password word and type it in twice.
6. Click Change.

Forgot Password

Desktop / Mobile Web

1. From the login screen, scroll to the bottom and click Forgot password.
2. Enter the email you used to create your Pitch59 account. You will be taken to the  Reset Password page.
   
   
   
   
3. Check your email. Click on the Reset Password button or enter the code from your email.
4. Create a new password and enter it twice.
5. Return to the login screen and sign in.

App
