What is The Team Manager and How Do I Use It?

The Team Manager allows businesses to keep track of all their PitchCards in one convenient place.

When a customer purchases 2 or more PitchCards at the same time, a Team Manager is created. Once a Team Manager is created, all new PitchCards purchased from that account will be added to the existing Team Manager.  To learn more about creating an Team Manager check out our article "Team Manager Setup".

*Note: The Team Manager is only available when using a desktop or laptop. You cannot access it through the mobile web or the Pitch59 app.

Editing, Billing, Admins, and Total PitchCards

Next to "Team Manager" you have the Edit, Billing, and Admins icons.

  1. When Edit is clicked you can update your company information such as Business Name, emails, phone numbers, images, and even the organization's pitch video.
  2. The Billing icon allows you to update your credit card and gives you access to your billing history.
  3. When Admins is selected you can add or remove administrators. Administrators have access to edit the Team Manager as well as PitchCards.

At the far right, you will see "Total PitchCards:", a number, and a plus sign. The number indicates how many PitchCards your organization owns. If you click the plus button, you will be redirected to the PitchCard selection page, or pricing page, where you can purchase additional PitchCards.

Note: anything you look at or change above the white line is company-wide. Everything below the line is PitchCard-specific.

Dropdown Box, Gear Icon, Recruit, Search bar

Dropdown Box

The dropdown box shows the different types of PitchCards an organization can own.  When a PitchCard type is clicked, those PitchCards will show in the table below.

  • Individual PitchCards can be used by the organization as a whole, by individual departments, and by individual employees.
  • Job PitchCards are used to help recruit for any open positions within the organization. *Note: These PitchCards are no longer available for purchase.
  • Nonprofit PitchCards are used by organizations with nonprofit status. *Note: These PitchCards are no longer available for purchase. We encourage Nonprofits to purchase and Utilize Individual (Business) PitchCards.

For information on setting up a PitchCard, see our, "PitchCard Creation" article.

Gear Icon

The gear icon allows the organization to change some PitchCard settings

  • When "Automatically approve testimonials" is on, as shown in the image, testimonials left by others will automatically show on the PitchCard. If it is off, the PitchCard owner will have to go in, watch the testimonial, and decide if it should be approved or not.
  • If Lock PitchCards is on, only the admins can edit PitchCards. If it is off, the user assigned to the PitchCard can make edits such as uploading a different pitch video, changing work hours, etc.
  • When Allow Autofill is on, PitchCards can be auto-filled with company information. This information is provided when the Team Manager is first created or edited through the Edit icon. When Allow Autofill is off, the user will fill out all the information.

RECRUIT

The RECRUIT button takes you to the Resume PitchCard carousel. This allows you to look at and search for potential employees.

Search Bar

The Search Bar is useful when an organization has a large number of PitchCards. You can search for PitchCards assigned to other users by typing in their name or their email address.

PitchCard Table

There are several columns in the PitchCard Table. Most columns allow the user to sort the rows to make searching for PitchCards easier.

  • CHECKBOX: If you click the box at the far left of the row, you will see the option to delete that PitchCard. Once the PitchCard is deleted, you will no longer be charged for it, however, you will lose all the information included with it unless it was auto-filled by the organization. This may include the pitch video and the testimonials. You can download and save your pitch video from the Pitch Video tile before you delete your PitchCard.
  • NUMBERS: The numbers indicate how many PitchCards the organization owns of that type.
  • USER EMAIL: Administrators assign PitchCards to users or employees by typing in the email address of the person they are inviting. Once the address is put in, the admin clicks the arrow on the right. Screenshot (18) An email will be sent to the invitee letting them know they have been assigned to a PitchCard. If the invitee doesn't have a Pitch59 account, they will be asked to create one. The assignee's PitchCard will show up in the My PitchCard section of their account.
  • STATUS: The status column shows the status of the PitchCard. The statuses' are, unassigned, invited, in process, and active.
  • TESTIMONIALS: The Testimonial column shows how many testimonials each PitchCard has. By clicking on the number of testimonials, the admin can see all testimonials for that PitchCard. They can watch the testimonial video,  add or remove a testimonial from showing on the PitchCard, completely delete it, or report it.
  • PITCHCARD PREVIEW : PitchCard Preview allows the admin to see what the PitchCard looks like.
  • COPY LINK : Copy Link allows the user to copy the link of the PitchCard to share with others.
  • ANALYTICS : Analytics shows how the PitchCard is being shared and used.
  • EDIT : The Edit button allows the admin to edit the PitchCard.
